- Nasal O2 on flow.

- IVF 0.9% NS on flow.

- Vital signs checked & recorded.

- Check IV for patency, Any signs of phlebitis, infiltration, extravasation.

- Check the Treatment sheet & administer the medication as per Treatment sheet.

- Sign the medication sheet accordingly.

- Inform any deviation.
