We know that the hadron's are made up of 2 or 3 quarks.

Each of the quark has spin up or spin down state.

Now if i consider an example of a hadron made from 3 quarks (e.g. proton -spin 1/2 Baryon, consist quarks u,u,d)

at least two of them are in the same state of spin may be up or down

this is against the pauli's principle

so the quark in hadron must have different colors.

whatever the spin they must have different colors
