Required levothyroxine (Synthroid) =0.15 mg by mouth daily

= 150 mcg (as 1 mg = 1000 mcg)

On hand tablet= 300 mcg per tablet

Hence to fulfill The order, required tablet= 150/300= 0.5 tablet
