Answer :- I would like to recommend Ms garcia a 72 year old Mexican American dietary plan in this way , so that she could achieve her weight loss goal by consuming some key nutrients i.e 1600 to 2000 calories daily . Eat a variety of fruit, vegetables and whole grains to get the recommend fiber daily. Physical activity, ahealthy weight loss program consists of a reasonable , realistic weight loss goal . Are fixed calorie, nutritionally balanced eating plan is rationale for Ms garcia.

Ms garcias nutritional needs are simple that help her assure an adequate intake of healthful nutrients , while limiting dietary components that contribute to other chronic diseases, avoid added sugar , sweetened beverage , candies and cookies , to reduce caloric intake that will help her to reduce overweight and other complications .

I would like to promote following foods that help her to lose weight and other issues related to are eating beans and nuts that boost the protein in your diet, vegetables ,juice ,raw leafy greens escarole, romaine lettuce , avoid hydrogenated oils instead the best sources are nuts , avocados. Fresh fruits etc.
