Stress is a part of life. Actually, some amount of stress helps us to grow better in life. But sometimes stress can be unmanagable, in those cases, we can apply some positive strategies to get out of the situation. They are,

1. Meditation

2. Relaxing of muscles

3. Take a walk through nature.

4. Sleeping at a regular time.

5. Try to seek help.

6. Try to find out the root cause of your stress.

7. Try to become more socially active.
