     Dana is a single mother of two children, a full-time student, and has a full-time job. As you can imagine, her plate is full and she feels stressed out with all her responsibilities. Dana's boss, Carlos, pulled her aside after a team meeting expressing concerns over her behavior at work. Carlos said that Dana has been rude to her co-workers during team projects, argues with him in department meetings about team projects, and does not use a professional tone when sending emails 


Step 2: Create a new thread and answer all three parts of the initial prompt below:

 1. Describe one (1) way Dana's behavior could affect her co-workers or boss.

 2. Imagine Dana came to you for advice about her conversation with Carlos. Provide Dana with one (1) self-awareness or one (1) self-management tip that can help improve her behavior at work.

 3. Provide Dana with one (1) social awareness or relationship management tip that can help improve her behavior at work

1)Dana 's behaviour would tend to have influence over her co- workers and her boss.There can be decreased communication between the team members which ultimately leads to decreased production.

2)Ask Dana to remember in her mind that her behaviour has only bought bad fame rather than bringing good.So I will ask her to think twice before answering anything and to take a deep breath while feeling irritated or confused.

3)Be consistent in your words and actions

Don’t forget to say “please” and “thank you”

Don’t be afraid to say “I’m sorry” or “that was my mistake

Share information about yourself .

Show genuine interest and curiosity in others

Handle your own emotions first .

Offer solutions for change .

Incorporate the feedback you receive from others into enhancing your style .

Pay attention to times where your style has created confusion or troubled reactions

Think before you speak or act .

Make careful observations .
