Thats because Gravitational pull is also inversely proportional to the square of distance of object from the center of an object thats applying the force. Jupiter has more than 300 times the mass of Earth. but on the other hand Jupiter has a diameter of about 88,695 miles (142,800 kilometers) which is more than 11 times the diameter of Earth. So, Jupiter's radius will also be 11 times than the earth. So, counting both the factors (mass and radius), Gravitational pull on Jupiter can be justified.
