Answer #1

Yes, it does make sense as Tesla is known for its luxury and comfortable products. Even in the first week of bookings of its latest cars, more than 325,000 cars were booked, which depicts the enthusiasm of the people for its products. Moreover, unlike many other car manufacturers, Tesla's business model is based on a three-pronged approach to selling, servicing, and charging its electric vehicles. Tesla uses direct sales, which makes it better connected to its consumers. Now, this new step in the market will change its paradigm in the market in its favourable way. And it is showing its effects. Tesla shares are heightening to skies after few drops nowadays.
