Answer: Contraindications for aminoglycoside antibiotics : Hypersensitivity to aminoglycoside or bisulfites.

Drug interactions: When coadministrated by patient with renal insufficiency, inactivated by penicillin and cephalosporin. Increased chances of ototoxicity with loop diuretics.

Nursing consideration: Nurse should do the assessment since the therapy starts. Monitoring and examine the auto hearing process as it may cause loss of hearing. And also monitor the neurologic conditions.

*Fluoroquinolones antibiotics:

Contraindications: Fluoroquinolones are contraindicated people of athelete group. This is also contraindicated in children, pregnancy, and breastfeeding women as it may affect the development of cartilage.

Drug interactions: This group of drug interacted with  warfarin, and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.

Nursing consideration: Monitoring the hearing functions, encouraging fluid intake and small meals.
