HNO3 is strong acid. So, its pH would be lowest.

NH4+ is conjugate acid.

So, its pH would be less than 7. 2nd lowest as compared to all.

CH3CO2- is conjugate base.

So, its pH would be greater than 7. 2nd highest as compared to all.

KCl is neutral.

Its pH would be 7.00
