Calculation for interest on drawings for Nisuri

Total Amount of drawings = Rs. 4000 × 4

=Rs. 16000

Average Period = 6 months

Amount of interest on drawings = 16,000 × 11% × \frac{6}{12} ​​​​​​

=16000 × \frac{11}{100} × \frac{6}{12}

= Rs. 880.

Answer is option (c) Rs. 880
