Long term debt Interest= 12000*5%= 600

Therefore, total debt + interest = 5000+175+12000+600= 17775

Revenue = 82650

Less: COGS=(31780)

Gross Margin= 50870

Less: Marketing and promotion=(14800)

Less: General and Administrative expense= (6310)

EBITDA= 29760

Capex= 4900

Debt Service Coverage Ratio(including capex)= EBITDA/Total debt service payments

=29760/17775

=1.67

Debt Service Coverage Ratio(Excluding Capex)= (EBITDA-capex)/Total debt service payments

=(29760-4900)/17775

=1.37
