21. A patient presents to the clinic with the complaint of irritability, mild edema in feet and headaches off and on. On further assessment B/P 150/100, proteinuria 1+, and 1+ pitting edema in both legs.

Answer - It is showing signs of Mild preeclampsia.

Explanation - Because there is hypertension(>140/90) headache and mild protein urea which are the symptoms of mild preeclampsia.

a. Bp 160/110 or greater

d. Visual disturbances and headaches

Because seizure with preeclampsia called eclampsia.
