Consumer are complex in nature as they will be driven by both external and internal factors while taking a decision.Consumer always take decision depending on their tastes and preferences. So if any product of their taste will be given first preference to buy.

Consumer preferences will effect not only in buying a product or a service but also real estate home sales.

If the consumer is not happy with the region or area or locality in which the house is there he may not buy the property. If he is not happy with the price of the home he may not buy it. If he is not happy with the service provided with real estate people than also he may not buy. If the climatic conditions in that area is not good than also the consumer may not buy the home.

If all these preferences are matched with the house he is seeing than he may buy the product until than is a chance that he is not buying.

So the consumer will have many preferences and if any one these preferences did not match than they will not buy. So customer preferences also effect real estate home sales.
