Above said statement is true, KF have the highest melting point among others.

All the given compounds are ionic compounds and the force which hold them together is the coulomb force. This attractive force depends on the ionic radii of the constituent ions. Among Fluorine, Chlorine, Bromine, Fluorine have the smallest size as well as the ionic radii. Therefore stronger coulomb force is observed in case of KF. Therefore high energy is needed to convert KF solid to its liquid state, which corresponds to the high melting point of KF as compared to others.
