Sony is a middle aged women house wife. Her mother has Arthritis and she has to find a good doctor for her. She is thinking of the hospital she visited previously for consuting her husband’s gastritis. She called her mom and planned to go there, meanwhile she thought to mention about her son’s tonsillitis to the doctor.

Next day early morning she felt like fever. She took the thermometer and checked her temperature. It was quite normal. As she is getting ready to leave her son get little frightened. He has phobia of doctors. They reached the hospital and first went to a pediatrician. Doctor checked her son. He has acute abdominal pain and was febrile. Doctor ordered blood test and found to have appendicitis. To make sure doctor recommended a sonogram. As sony is in hurry she postponed the test to next day. Doctor prescribed an analgesic from the pharmacy. Nurse advised some pre operativecare to him. While going back she saw her neighbor in the hospital came to see gynaecologist. Sony’s mother feel unconscious and have intaravenous fluid for her. Her blood pressure is low. At the pharmacy ​​​​​​ they take prescribed medications and mother bought insulin ​​​​​​as she have subcutaneous insulin bd. Mother usually check her blood sugar level every moth. Fasting blood sugar ,post partum blood sugar and random blood sugar are taken.

As soon as they reached home son noticed there is blood in stool of him. Sony get frightened little and ask doctor in phone what to do. Doctor adviced to take an antacid which has to be taken before food and go to hospital next day.
