Answer #1

Balanced equation

Ca(NO3)2 (aq) + K2S (aq) → CaS (s) + 2 KNO3 (aq)

Complete Ionic equation

Ca2+ (aq) + 2 NO3-(aq) + 2 K+(aq) + S2- (aq) → CaS (s) + 2 K+ (aq) + 2 NO3-

The net ionic equation contains only the ions that participated in the reaction (formation of the precipitate).

Ca2+ (aq) + S (aq)→ CaS (s)
