we have mean = 24.4 and standard deviation = 4.2

By rule of thumb, we know that 95% of the data falls within 2 standard deviation from the mean.

So, we will calculate 2 standard deviation from the mean

μ + 2σ 24.4 + (4.2 * 2) 24.4 + 8.4 = 32.8

and

μ-20-24.4-( 4.2 * 2)-24.4-8.4-16

So, 95% of the data falls within 16 and 32.8 levels

option A is correct.
