Hair color is a qualitative variable. Since we cannot define ascending or descending order between colors so level is nominal.

(b)

Head circumference can be measured so it is a quantitative variable. Since zero means absences of circumference so level is ratio.

(c)

Level of education is a qualitative variable. Since we can define ascending or descending order between colors so level is ordinal.
