7) What is the reason behind the SWAP agreement between Qatar Central Bank and the Central Bank of Republic of Turkey? How did it benefit the Turkish economy?

Turkey in its recent currency crisis is facing the highly unbalanced model of economy, in which the swap agreement has become mostly beneficial to the Turkish economy, and hardly had a positive factor for Qatar. But in the name of friendship this agreement has taken place. In return major of this Qatar is going to have will be the army support some air bases and few other non financial supports. From the year 2018 Qatar is showing the friendship moves first by gifting a private jet then by this agreement later on its expansion.
