Steps as below:

Basic salary = $95,000

Deductions = $11,450

Gross salary income = $1,06,450

5% for retirement plan = $1,06,450/5*100 = $5,322.50, therefore, $106,450-$5,322.50 = $1,01,127.50, is the amount withheld by Liama.
