Epinephrine in image "b", is a multiple vial of 30 ml , that is 1:1000 (1mg of drug per each ml).This can be given Intramuscularly, intravenously also can be intraoccularly.

Epinephrine in image "c" is also same in concentration as multiple vial of image "b" that is 1:1000, 1mg/ml.But here this is an 1ml vial.Where as image "b" is a 30 ml vial. This 1 ml vial can also be administered Intramuscularly,intravenously and also intraoccularly.But for intraocular use dilution is necessary before administering.

Epinephrine in image "a", is 1:10,000 that is 0.1mg per ml. This vial is10ml of which 1mg drug is present per 10ml.This can be administered intravenously, intrathecally and intracardially.

The difference among the three vials is dosage.Vials "b" and "c" are same in dosage and routes of administration but different in vial sizes.Where as image "a" is completely different both in dosages and also routes of administration.
