Answer #1

Answer - Focusing on the bottom line is an encouragement policy of the companies to focus more on the employess specially working at the lower levels such that they also feel themselves to be the integral part of the company. This type of behaviour encourages the workers to work more , increases thier productivity. This in turn will increase the profitability of the company. When the employess are being paid attention , they are motivated to work more , there are decreased cases of absenteeism and also the unimportant communication going in between work hours declined. This leads to the increase in the working hours and also the output level of the company. The recognition to the employess by the companies acts as the very good motivating factor.
