Definitely, if we are starting a new retailer startup and its competition is with companies like Amazon who are well established and have a huge advertisement budget which is efficient enough to be dominant in the market but even though it is possible to compete with Amazon but for it, as a startup retailer, it will not be possible for us to sell everthing as Amazon does and even if we will try to do it, we will not be able to survive in the market thus to be competitve enough we have to start with a specific focus on a particular Niche market, and it will not only provide us a unique identity but also help us in specializing us in a particular segment, another aspect that has to be taken care of very seriously is our shipping system as it impacts the consumer most and help us to bring them back in our firm and it will also help us in spreading word of mouth about our startup, and finally shopping is all about customer experience and if we are able to do it then definately it will be the biggest achievement for the startup and it will help them in creating loyal customer for their future endeavour.
