In my view both the challanges and opportunities are for china in the current senerio to achieve annual growth rate with same what it is expected.

The followings are the challanges before china in the current senerio

1. AS china is facing huge pendemic problem of corona virus these days it is very difficult for main land china to achieve this growth rate.

2. Number of deaths are increasing day by day which will definitly affect china in terms of its budgetary policies to re adjust. China has to spend huge amonut on health services in the comming yeras. spending on insurance policies, medical care, etc will definitly switch over its expenditure on other issues rather than growth oriented policy matters.

3. China's exports will also affect badly due to this pendemic.

BUt there are some positive aspects also.

1. China's biggest strengeth its strong infrastructure, research and developments in different fields.

2. Pendemic will lead to more research in medicine finding new vaccines which will benifir china in many ways.

3. China's basic needs are very strong and will move china's growth rate up

All in all there are some pros and cons of achieving the targated growth rate.
