Answer #1

This technological advancement is increasing the marginal productivity of labour. Marginal productivity of labour is a part of demand for labour. therefore we can see that the labour demand curve will be shifting to the right when the labour demand increases. As a result, quantity of labour increases. This implies that there will be more films processed and hence, the supply will increase. supply curve will be shifted to the right. This would decrease the equilibrium price but increase the equilibrium quantity.

Price would decrease

Supply will increase

Quantity demanded will increase

Quantity supplied will increase.
