acute pain is priority diagnosis to be intervened. Because of pain and uncontroled bleeding, fluid volume deficit is there that need to be corrected. These interventions will improve urinary wliminatiin pattern. Finally interventions targeting above diagnoses wll contribute towards prevention of infection.
