Actual Manufacturing Overheads = Indirect Material + Indirect labor + Manufacturing Costs
= $2000 + $4000 + $16000 = $22000

Overhead applied is $15000

Since overhead applied is lower than Actual Overhead, Manufacturing overhead is Under applied
Under applied Overhead = $22000 - $15000 = $7000
