1.Estimated fixed manufacturing overhead cost per Quarter = Total overhead cost – variable overhead cost

= 230,000 – 120,000*0.4

= $182,000

2.Estimaated overhead cost = 90,000*0.4 + 182000 = $218000

Total manufacturing cost = 150,000+90,000+218000 = $458,000

Unit product cost = 458000/90,000

= $5.0888

i.e. $5.09 per unit
