= 45000 * 0.238523 + 2700 - 3000 * 0.038523

= 13317.97

EUAC of B = 54000 * (A/P, 20%,15) + 2850 - 4500 * (A/F,20%,15)

= 54000 * 0.213882 + 2850 - 4500 * 0.013882

= 14337.16

As EUAC of A is lower, it should be selected
