-Patient believe their physician and not having interest about complementary and alternative medicine(CAM)

Reasons for CAM use among patients:
- Patient with cancer uses of CAM high due to modalities
-Patient uses CAM along with conventional medicine for safety purpose
-CAM increases the patient's beliefs by different modalities. It contain religious, feelings,beliefs, sense of peace and provide spirituality help for inner peace
