Answer #1

Answer: Chloroquine is given to the patient suffering from malaria. The dose of the drug is taken 1000 milligram for once a day for two days and then 500 milligram should be taken once a day for atleast 2 to 3 weeks. This is because the complete cure and treatment of malaria has to be performed as to kill and stop the growth of the parasites completely.

The side effects of the Chloroquine are:

  • Dizziness
  • Blurred vision
  • Changes of hair colour
  • Vomiting
  • Nausea
