Height 5'8 =1.73m
Weight 112Ibs =51kg
BMI = Weight (kg) divide height X 2 in meter
51 divide with 1.73 X 1.73
51 divided 3 =17
BMI below 17 considered as underweight

2, To calculate daily energy intake using formula Harris-Benedict Equation for resting metabolic rate
Kcal/day = 665 + (9.56 X 51) + 1.85 X (height in cm) - (6.76 X age in years)
= 665 + 487 + 318 - 202
= 1,268kcal/day required
