Answer #1

a. Gross autopsy rate =( total inpatient autopsies / total inpatient deaths )*100

From the given values that is = ( 6/9 )* 100 which is (0.6667)*100

gross autopsy rate is 66.67

b. Net autopsy rate = ( total inpatient autopsies *100 ) / ( total inpatient deaths * released to coroner before autopsy)

from the given valise that is (6*100)/(9-2) which is 600/7

net autopsy rate is 85.71

Hope this helps you out. Please feel free to give a like if this was helpful. Thank you and have a great day.
