Amanda is a forensic nurse who has been trained as a sexual assault nurse examiner (SANE). Amanda works part-time in the emergency room, where she occasionally examines victims of rape and sexual assault. She also works part time as a consultant for a local domestic violence shelter for women and children. Every year Amanda helps to organize a Walk to Prevent Domestic Violence in her community. Proceeds raised from the walk go toward the domestic-violence shelter. Amanda provides literature about domestic violence at the walk as well as at other organizations in town. Use the above case study to answer the following questions: 1) Which levels of prevention does Amanda address in her practice? 2) What are the most common types of trace evidence of victims of violence, including those who are raped? 3) The concepts in forensic nursing theory include, but are not confined to, safety, presence, perceptivity, victimization and justice. The nurse Amends who is working for education and prevention of the major causes like rape and domestic violence is working for the betterment of her society as well as for the awareness of the victim and the vulnerable group and people.

1. The level of prevention Amenda addresses in her practice is secondary level because she works for the treatment of the rape and domestic violence victims in the emergency room as well as the counselling of the victims of domestic violence. She educates the public about the rape and domestic violence happening in the society and on how to prevent it.

2. The most common trace evidences of the victims of violence including of rape are:

- depression

- introvert

- nervous

- scared of everything

- marks over the body or face

- worthlessness

- suicidal tendencies

3. Amenda might address the concepts of safety, presence, perceptivity, victimizavict and justice in her practice by educating and counselling the people. The people should be given educations in various areas and levels in the society. Both the vulnerable group of society as well as the other groups should be included and educated about the problems, consequences as well as how to prevent of all these problems.
