Answer: The use of the Bi- level PAP in the case of respiratory support. This machine is generally a non- invasive form of therapy and used in the patient who are suffering from sleep apnea. In Bi- level PAP the pressurized air can be provided in two levels. It is appropriate to use in the patient who can't tolerate CPAP, specially in those people who are unable to breath under pressure.
