The above graph initially shows efficient utilisation of resources .,when the manufacturer opts 750 sedans and 600 hatchbacks daily.

The point ( imaginary) below( inside) the optimal line shows that there are now inefficient use of resources.( Say, 500 sedans and 370 hatchbacks)

Point to be noted is ----- Resources are not decreased but they are inefficiently utilised at point H.
