Removes all urine from the previous time period and ensure the bladder is Completly empty when the collection of  24 hr urine sample starts.

Verify the date, time and patient Identification information of the specimen for the laboratory.

Ensure result are based on the Routine examination and Microscopic examination of urine produced in 24 hours.

Preseves analyte are hydrochloric acid, formaldehyde, acetic acid, boric acid, tartaric acid,and thymol.

Prevent microbes contamination of Urine Specimen.
