While the graduation decision can be considered as Mastery Oriented Goal as it emphasis on developing you for tomorrow i.e. it is more future oriented which helps in achieving the goal easily, in the current situation Brittney is facing motivational conflict regarding whether or not to graduate in May and get a job immediately or to hold off till summer to graduate and get a job in this through Mastery oriented goal Brittney will graduate in May and get a job immediately rather hold off the graduation and get a job since getting a job after graduation is more beneficial than holding off graduation and getting a job.
