* First insert indwelling catheter it is easy to collect urine sample into a sterile contain

*Obtaining cultures before antibiotic use improves to identifying the offending microorganism, which improves patient care.

*Then hang the saline, flush iv lines with saline before and after administer antibiotic therapy.
