1- Regular exercise is needed to reduce risk of constipation and from fecal impaction.

2-Drink plenty of fluids in a day to prevent from it.(like water,juices,milk and soups)

3- Consume more fiber diet which helps into aoften the stool.(like apple,barley,banana,oats)

4- Do not ignore the urge to have bowel movement. Go washroom when it is needed.

5- Avoid unnecessary stress or tension to prevent from it.

6- Eat fresh fruits and green vegetables instead of junk foods.
