1.The appropriate delegation is not met here because a RN can get suggestion and guidance from a superior and not from a unlicensed assistive personal worker on her professional carrier. The PACU RN should have got a suggestion from a colleague who has equal professionalism to her. The action was not necessary here at the time of transmission. Oxygen level can be changed as per the the oxygen saturation and not randomly after transfer of a patient.

2.The five rights of delegations are right person ,task ,circumstances, communication and supervision

The right person RN OR was communicated to about patient status .

The circumstances, communication was not appropriate because it was done in front of a RN OR to a UAP.There is lack of supervision in overall.
