1.If being in the place of the admission clerk, it is better to quickly go through the form and explain the patient briefly because telling that they dont know can create a lack of trust and fear to the patient in regards to the services provided by the organization.Otherwise explain the patient it is the standard protocol as per the law for the patient to go through, understand and accept the terms and conditions ,in case of query it will be clarified in the language they nest understand.

2.Being in the place of CPO it is better to explain what is notice of privacy to patient and clarify their doubts.
