2. While scheduling inpatient admission ,five items thatshould be provided to the hospital representative are :-

- patient personal information and id

- history of disease

- details of health insurance

- details of any allergies

- why the patient is being admitted

3. Medical assistant should handle a patient who comes without appointment by making them understand that you are without an appointment and you will be seen at the last before that the physician will see the patients who came according to their appointments.

4. Enteries in the appointment books are never obliterated because all medical documentation, appointment entries should never be obliterated or erased. This information can be useful in solving crimes and possibly catching suspects. These records can be used as evidence against the suspect and can lead to justice to a certain person.
