MEDICARE : It is the health insurance program for the elderly patients above 65 year of age and younger people with disabilities.it provides full range of service and also helps people to stay well. it offers preventive services and screening at no charge. for example patients with end stage of renal disease.

it benefits

1 elderly people

2 young people with disabilities

3 it also benefits inpatient/outpatient services.

MEDICAID : it provides health coverage or nursing home coverage to the patient belonging to the low asset people including children, pregnant women ,people with disabilities and elderly needing nursing home care

AFFORDABLE CARE ACT : it includes three things that are;

1 to refoem private insurance market especially for individuals or small group purchasers

2 to expand medicare to the working poor

3 change the way that medical decisions are taken.

one of the central problem of healthcare law is Rising costs in Health care.

Solutions are :

1 eliminate the paper record of th epatient and shift it to digital medium. this will help in cutting cost in making files,storage and printing.

2 shift marketing budgets away from traditional mediums like print and television.
