Patient on infusion for first 12 hours = 7am to 10 am and 2pm to 6:30 pm

total hours = 7 hours and 30 min

Infusion volume= 43ml pr hour

= 43* 7 + 43/2

=301+21

= 322 ml

4 ounce of water= 4* 30=120 ml

6 ounce of juice= 6*30= 180ml

half ounce with medicine = 15 ml

flyid consumed for first 12 hours= 322+120+180+15

=637 ml
