The DNA in primary spermatocyte double that of the chromosome after S phase = 64 pg

Chromatids in a somatic cell in G1 = 39*2 = 78

Tetras in prohase I = 39

DNA in the second polar body = 1/2 of parent chromosome

= 16 pg
