He has an abdominal incision that is oozing slightly onto the dressing. he has a badly swollen right knee and bruises on the right extremities. he cannot walk without pain. he states that he is very sore and his incisional area is hurting. he states that the pain is 6 on a scale of 0 to 10 he's orders read 'daily dressing change, Vicodin q4h PRN pain, right leg elevated BRP with assistance.

Regularly dressing is required for sterile maintenance

If bleeding not stop then check for the cloating factor and other coagulation profile

For swallow knee and bruises there is application of bandage and if fluid is accumulated in knee they drain it from incision aur via needle

Pain reliver are given for some days till it not diminish
