1, Fixed mindset is a recognition of people's ability and beliefs with them, it is a fixed trait that can not be changed. They have their talents and intelligence with them but not show the interest to grow more with that. they think their intelligence itself will make them high and succeed. they think only they can do anything and have more knowledge. they show their talent as they are naturally born with more IQ and others can't have this intelligence.
2, a Growth mindset makes people think about their intelligence and talents, they grow more with time and experience. they think anyone can have these skills when doing more practice. they make the impossibilities as possibilities. for students especially this mindset provides more achievement when they fail in the subject. this mindset makes them have more effort and do work hard to achieve success.
3, a fixed mindset help assure our character and ability in a meaningful way. it helps to succeed and avoids a loss. it increases our belive to maintain a sense of smart and skilled one. growth mindset when we face issue or challenge in life or still we want to achieve in life to reach a higher position, this mindset help to stretch our existing abilities to grow more with intelligence. these mindsets for ourselves provide a great deal for our behavior, success, future, happiness and make us have more effort to succeed.
