Answer: Some of the negative behaviours which has impact on working relationship are:

• Rigid/ inflexible: The rigid and inflexible behavior creates problem at working in a team. This makes negative impact on the other co workers and hence may lead to negative effect.
• Lazy: The lazy behavior causes pending work which directly relates to improper working skills. This may increase the risk of conflict with the co workers.
• lacks competencies to do their job: This increases job insecurities, poor working skills lead to loss of the organization.
• Disrespectful: This causes conflict as well as the person will lose his own value in the organization. For better outcome, one must be respectful towards others and their decisions.
• Communicates poorly: Ineffective communication lead to poor deal with the other people, wrong message could be delivered. Etc.
